Cancellation Policy

Sew Free Co. Terms and Conditions (Updated 2025) Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm Saturday - 10:00am – 4:00pm Sunday - CLOSED Sessions: All sewing lessons are currently one-on-one via Zoom. Group sessions are available upon request, with a maximum of 8 students per session. All class sessions are non-refundable. Missed Sessions: One make-up session is allowed per student if a class is missed. If the make-up session is also canceled or missed, a $20 reservation fee may be required. Missed time during a session cannot be carried over. For example, if you arrive 30 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Booking: Please be mindful of time zones when booking. Sew Free Co. operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST/EDT). Late Arrivals: Lessons begin on time. If you are running late, notify the instructor as soon as possible. Time adjustments are at the instructor’s discretion. Cancellations: Notify Sew Free Co. at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a booked session. One cancellation per student is allowed without losing your reservation fee; the fee will roll over to your next session. No call No show: In any event a no call no show occurs, there is a $10 fee for not communicating with the instructor about your absence. In-Session Pacing: Students learn at different speeds, and projects may not be finished within one session. Unfinished projects can be continued in the next booked session. Kids Sessions: Parents enrolling children must ensure their child is mature enough to safely handle sewing tools (machines, scissors, pins, needles). Parents may be asked to assist during virtual lessons. Sew Free Co. is not responsible for teaching math or unrelated subjects; lessons are strictly sewing-focused. Internet/Wi-Fi Requirements: All lessons are conducted virtually via Zoom. Students must have a stable internet connection with working audio and video. If a session is interrupted due to connectivity issues, missed time cannot be made up or extended. Materials List: A supply list will be provided in advance and may be updated as lessons progress. Students are responsible for obtaining their own supplies. Beginner fabric will generally be cotton material unless otherwise instructed. 📍 Sew Free Co., LLC P.O.
